Description of Assignment

We are seeking a Financial Advisor to help chart a strategic financial path forward. This individual will assess our current financial structure, identify opportunities for stability and growth and develop a roadmap toward sustainability.

We provide dignified employment and a supportive, healing environment for women who have escaped from or are vulnerable to human trafficking. Our products—handmade from recycled and locally sourced materials—reflect the country’s rich artistry and the resilience of the women who create them. Our supporting nonprofit organization raises funds and awareness to sustain our programmes, including training, daycare, and holistic support for women and children.

After several challenging years we are now seeing encouraging sales growth. We are looking for someone who can join our team to help us develop a clear, realistic financial roadmap to achieve long-term sustainability.

Costs and Funding:

Donation-based; social security contribution option for Swiss nationals
