Description of Assignment

EMI Uganda is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. Senior Engineers are both design professionals and disciples of Christ, called to serve God through the design professions. They use their technical expertise to mentor others, strengthen the Church, and shape appropriate, sustainable design solutions for Christian ministries.

Working with ministry partners across East Africa, EMI Senior Engineers have a unique opportunity to integrate faith, leadership, and design. They ask questions, listen well, and seek solutions that are contextually appropriate and technically sound. They are committed to developing people as well as projects — investing in EMI interns and local professionals, modelling integrity, humility, and excellence in their work.
